Their armoured formations continue to be the bane of my life.
For a minute, I think their trying to reconnect their forces, but its just more very effective spoiler attacks.
It would be nice to be able to build up enough forces to attack.
but no, every week its tens of thousands of losses to replace.
Though we do make it tough for them in places!
Mostly though these attacks are one sided.
I grind back.
There are a few weak spots I can hammer.
A slow advance is still and advance.
I begin clean up.
That's twenty five thousand troops I don't have to worry about any more.
The men in the south have seen little fighting, and their units have built up, I shuttle them north and get them into position to support an offensive.
I push forwards a bit, but next turn should see me bringing in more troops.
Axis forces in Hungary seem to have weakened, I am able to attack.
