I of course give the Italians a proper Soviet welcome.
I punch the Luftwaffe as well.
It's mainly another moving up turn.
But the reserves are growing. Hopefully those men are turned around and sent back to other units.

This time the Germans come out fighting.

There is no axis of advance, and the goal seems to be hitting my weak spots.
Losses are high once more.
But the Germans have declared Konigsburg an open city. This is a major coup, as that's a powerful supply port.

Here I'm one hex short of trapping a division as the rest of the German army takes a step back.
I creep forward at Kiev.
Then I manage to threaten their line in the south.
There is a nice curve to the line, do you think the Germans will pull back to straighten it?
