The Germans make a single attack. That's it. Apparently thirty seven thousand casualties is my baseline. Starting in the south, I start my attacks. We force the smaller units into retreat. As always, they are only minor victories. We take high losses, but it's good to disorder them. I'm not advancing, I'm expecting a counter attack once the mud clears. The north is completely covered in mud. There will not be much going on there. And with that, Stalin decides to increase the need for troops elsewhere. But at least the RAF are still bombing.
